About Us
Serene Scents by Jacqueline Scott are natural aromatherapy products handmade in Atlanta, Georgia. Items range from candles, massage oils, and bath teas made with 100% soy. All products are infused with 100% pure therapeutic grade essential oils and are designed to be skin safe. We make our products by hand to ensure the highest standard of quality.
Our goal is to aid in the process of relaxation and promote natural healing. Each order is made upon request and after payment is rendered to keep costs at a minimum and to ensure each product is fresh and provides its desired intent -- relaxation and healing.
The owner, Jacqueline Scott, a mother of five boys and a Navy veteran, knows firsthand the importance of "downtime" and the positive impact on one's life and health.

Candle Care
Burn Time: To fully experience our Serene Scents candles, when you light our soy candle for the first time, let the wax melt to the edge of the container.
Even Burning: The best environment to burn our candles is in still air. This prevents draughts and causes an uneven burn and the possibility of candle collapse. When a candle is in a draught, it could also cause the candle to smoke. Turn the candle periodically to avoid an uneven burn.
Putting Your Candle Out: Use a Candle Dipper or Snuffer when possible. These methods prevent the wicks from drifting off-center and the wax from splashing and burning your or your furniture.
Store your candle in an upright position, away from fluorescent lights and sunlight, to keep the candle scents fresh and the color the same as when you first bought it.
